Is noindex the same as robots.txt blocking?
No. Noindex is a page-level indexing instruction. Robots.txt controls crawling access.
Can a blocked page see noindex?
If crawling is blocked, a search engine may not see the noindex tag.
Should important pages use noindex?
No. Only use noindex for pages you do not want in search results.
